6. Owner’s Rights.

(a) By posting information and content to the Web Site (”Your Content”), You hereby grant a unrestricted license to Sharam to use, post, transmit, modify and copy Your Content, at Sharam’s discretion.

(b) Sharam reserves the right to remove or edit content posted by You, at any time and without notice to You.

(c) In the event that Sharam determines that You are in violation of any provisions of this Agreement, Sharam may restrict or terminate your membership account and/or Your access to interactive portions of the Web Site, with notice to You.

7. Indemnity. You agree at all times to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sharam, its agents, suppliers, affiliates and their respective directors and employees against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, damages, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsoever (including legal and other fees and disbursements) sustained, incurred or paid by Sharam directly or indirectly in respect of

8. Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada. We agree to expressly exclude the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the event of a dispute, We agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Nova Scotia courts.

9. General.

(a) Currency. Unless otherwise specified in the Web Site, all references to money amounts in this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, are in US dollars.

(b) Entire Agreement. This Agreement all other legal notices and policies on this Web Site constitute the entire agreement between Us with respect to the use of this Web Site.

Your use of this Web Site after any amendments have been posted shall constitute Your acknowledgement and continuing acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

(e) Severability. In the event that any or any part of the terms, conditions or provisions contained in this Agreement shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall to that extent be limited or severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
