Some People Are Just Awesome
Hello all, Steve here today. Ya know, some people are just awesome. Recently there were a couple of guys, in the Lillestroem Train Station, North of Oslo, in Norway, who, in an act of protest against the vicious Norwegian Mass Transit, un, People, decided to carry out a spontaneous act of protest against the symbol of Norwegian transit oppression, the train station elevator. They got it, the elevator doors closed and they kicked the hell out of them.
Now, this may not have been the very best thought out idea these two have ever had, because they beat the doors so hard that they stopped working and the boys were trapped inside and had to be rescued by the fire department. Then again, maybe it was the best idea they had ever had. It doesn’t sound like this was the A-Team of extreme social commentary, the best of the best, ya know. They’re not going to send these two to the Norwegian public activism Top Gun school.
And that’s the size of it, really. They were rescued and arrested, though technically they were already trapped by the authorities. Some people, as I said, are just awesome. And that’s why, even if you, like me, have accomplished less than you wanted to today, you’re still doing better than these guys.
